CYCLE ROW HIIT BARRE YOGA

5 CLASS STYLES UNDER 1 ROOF

  • CYCLE

We ride to the music, creating an energy you’ve never experienced before. When you walk into the cycle sanctuary, you instantly become a part of a community that is like no other. The dark room, incredible beats, clip in shoes & use of weights creates a unified movement that will transform your day the minute you take a seat on your saddle.

  • ROW

Using 87% of your muscle mass with one single stroke, rowing is high intensity, but low impact which is an A in our books. Each one of our row classes contains the perfect combination of rowing on a machine and hopping off for some strength exercises. The minute you feel like you’ve hit your max, you switch, which allows you to push your limits and reach those goals.

  • INTENSITY

As the name suggests, our Intensity (HIIT) classes are a challenging full body grind using a variety of strength and cardio exercises. In order to maximize the burn and build strength, we use dumbbells. These classes are lovingly referred to as ‘love to hate’ - aka: you might hate it in the moment, but let’s just say you never leave one of these classes without your mood boosted and feeling significantly stronger than when you walked in.

  • YOGA

Press Pause. Our yoga classes are designed to relax busy minds, loosen up tight bodies and increase flexibility through gentle and functional movement. You don’t need to be a yogi to enjoy our yoga classes at Hive. Enter the studio, leave the outside world behind and immerse yourself in good vibes. This class is ideal for athletes, suitable for beginners and good for anyone looking to relieve stiff, rigid muscles and joints.

  • Barre

If you want to maximize muscle burn and minimize joint impact you've come to the right place. It's a series of high repetition, low impact resistance training. With elements of pilates, yoga and other strength training workouts combined into one amazing barre workout. You will increase flexibility, body definition and metabolism-boosting endurance.

Sticky socks are recommended but not required.
